We have been advising customers in the Public Services sector, such as museums, educational service providers, Business Schools and public companies since 2003.
Successful Public Services brands must on the one hand be symbols of continuity and identification; on the other hand they must be catalysts of change – a feat we accomplish with our customers.
The government is continuously withdrawing from responsibility and financing in this sector. Companies and institutions must prevail in competition and simultaneously increase their attractiveness. They must strive for acceptance with the people who will be called upon to pay the bill. Making these changes manageable and providing guidance is the task for brand management.
